Black is a magical colour, well if you go by science it is not technically a colour…no …no….don’t start the yawn just as yet no science lessons here…we talk about fashion and anything that takes my fancy…hopefully I keep taking fancy to all things fun so as you keep enjoying my Blog.

I need to absolutely tell you my lovlies that I am absolutely humbled and full of gratitude for all the feedback I have been getting for my writing and the Looks that I create and Photo Document for you all….Much love to you all…..It makes me want to work doubly harder on my baby… my Blog…

When in doubt wear black or so the world says…well I am not taking this up to crusade or rebel against because it is the eternal truth in the fashion Universe and truth be told, whenever in doubt choose black…It is to an extent very Godly colour meaning…wait wait yours truly has a logical reason for that (Ahem Ahem….and one more Ahem…!!!!)…I say that because it is a very forgiving colour…..( I said I have logical explanation….I didn’t mention the degree of logic….!!!! Gotcha….), It is a gorgeous gorgeous colour that makes you look thin too….what else does a girl want in life besides a career, a endless supply of beauty products, 5-8 vacations in a year, gorgeous body without working out, A stylish wardrobe, awesome friends…etc etc etc….just all that and maybe a tad bit more……hahhahaaaaaaa

So I picked this maxi from a thrift shop while out shopping with friend, It was love at first sight and it fitted so well when I tried that I had to absolutely pick it up, My friend too insisted that I should totally buy it, so I bought it….se short story there…no drama just simple go-like-try-buy…..wowie.

It has this gorgeous crochet detailing on the bust and was very soft cotton and plus it was black……everything was working in this maxi’s favour besides the fact that when you shop with friends is that they convince you buy a whole lot then you first set out to shop for….hahahhahahha…Jokes apart I just loved it and finding good summery black maxi is not easy….I think I just got lucky to find it in a thrift shop of all the places…..

So I have been little under the weather….and I think I chose black to lift my spirits and decided to wear the brightest of pink Lipstick. I love how my hair has these natural waves during the monsoons…people generally don’t like how their hair feels in monsoons I am of a different thought all together….well thats me…u see….!!!! So the crux of it all is that I didn’t comb my hair, I was feeling a bit gloomy so I wore my maxi that makes me look like really tall…now that lifted my spirits and I wore a Fuchsia Lipstick…and I was ready …well!!!! something felt missing……ummmmmmm

So out came my mom’s vintage bangle stack that I absolutely love they added a dash of subtle bling..you gotta see the Bangles to believe how gorgeous they are….and I was ready for a shoot….Yup this all just for you all….. so the idea is with a bit of accessory play you could make any outfit a whole lot more interesting.

Joggers have never been so fashionable like now… earlier Joggers were something you chill , jog or laze in. they were quintessential PJ’s to lounge on sundays never ever would have anyone imagined them as a must have fashion garment of any fashion season at all….right!!!

Come Joggers 2.0, well nothing new about their avatar just that the lazy/ active pair of your Joggers are now rechristened as sporty chic. Well yeah Chic and sports wear go hand in hand now. Its is comfort fashion at its best. I love these times and that my fashion quirks are deemed normal…wowie….

I had to bully a friend to click my pictures on a random day when I was wearing My sporty Chic, of which I am so doing a series of how all can it be paired and worn…So I pulled my friend Preeti out of her lazy zone and made madam click yours truly, after all the blogger needs to have all the “LOOKS” photo documented …hahahahah … I love my job….just love love….

I get to put my love for writing and fashion to use together , by the way I am so writing a book sometime soon….not sure if it would be about fashion but I am so doing it taking it off my bucket list……

Oh yeah I was telling you about what I wore that was sporty chic…. I picked this Cropped top off on one of my street side shopping outings, I just love the flowers and the prints and all…love the colour…I wear it a lot…and my joggers …..they to me looked lovely together…a perfect matching mis-match…My love for my white shoes is never ending….its a love story that I know would go on for a while…I totally have big crush on them and they go with me practically everywhere….literally…yeah….wow….I love my humour….and I know I am definitely not being modest here…..hahahahaahaaaaa….

..still grinning through the new paragraph… I loved the casual vibe to my look…I could go shopping, or coffee with friends dressed like this….while I chose to go bully my friend to click my pictures….well that’s me…hahahahhahaha….still funny right…Oh God I should totally write a humorous book….

I definitely didn’t look nerdy here…My yellow reflectors just added the cool quotient and my day was made a couple of compliments later and being told that they were ordering exact same Joggers….and trying the look on….I sure love my job….
