Lets start with safety here… nope not the helmet wearing or drive safely kinds….this one is of very fashionable kind…so what I Mean to say is that if you have been playing safe till now it is time to have some Print fun, let me elaborate this further in case it has taken you to the road of what is she saying type route…..hahhahahhaaaa.
I have been a prints, fan since forever and I totally agree that it is safe to wear solids or pair your prints with solids or just wear the same print all over. Print on print is something that many do not dare as a fashion antic at all, come on my lovelies we all just have one life, we may be catty in more ways than one but we cool cats ain’t getting seven lives to have fun in the next life I mean the same body-same soul-same us type, and I am most definitely not talking about reincarnations here , yet talking about them…..(wow I talk about things and yet not….;-) )
Let us reincarnate our beliefs…(oh come on fashion is one religion we all need to follow…..) in what is safe to wear always , sometimes not playing fashion safe is another way to let out the playful spirit in us all.
Whenever I add my dashes of quirks to everyday clothing ( which is like almost always…..) I feel a little zing and most definitely feel like an artist when I am mixing and matching, it doesn’t really technically match yet pieces belong with each other, the abstract comes together to form one look….( maybe besides writing I should add painting to my bucket list…lol)
I have heard this a lot that they can not imagine interplaying their garments and accessories , so my lovelies here is my look of the day so as I am able to inspire you and give you ideas of how it can be done.
When I first pulled my printed cotton Culottes out of my closet then I wanted to have some fun, so out came the same colour family yet a different print crop top. Here in this case It all came together and looked like a Jumpsuit to many, well not because they saw me jumping around in it hahahaa… I had to throw in a funny line…so me more hahahahahahaha….
Then yours truly wanted to add a little more dash of something that didn’t technically go with the outfit, out came one my favourite silver coin necklace and I was not only mixing prints but also throwing in dash of my trademark quirk there.
My Favourite pair of nude wedges and the lovely (Lip Balmy Textured) chocolate brown lipstick and I was ready to get hold of anyone who would volunteer to photo document my look…you see thats the side effect of being a fashion Blogger, Photo Credits here belong to Preeti.
Let me know how you liked my abstract in print…omg I should totally write that book…!!!!
